Early Christmas Shopping

This is a long due post because of my busy schedule (ako na talaga ang busy?!). Last Nov. 12, me and my friends did our early Christmas shopping, where else? The best place to buy cheaper stuffs, Divisoria!

10 am pa lang, start na kami ng libot sa Divisoria Mall. We first bought some items we needed for our upcoming Team Christmas Party. Then we  headed to Bakers Fair to buy our favorite hopia. Sorry, walang picture pero I assure you uber sarap yun kaya binabalik-balikan namin. 100 per box, monggo, baboy or ube flavor, pwede din halo-halo yung flavor in one box. Since 11am na, dun na kami naglunch sa foodcourt ng Divi Mall. After lunch, we went to the building outside Divi Mall. Toy Haven yun! 3 floors of cheap toys, some of the toys pareho lang ng makikita mo sa mall and cheaper pa. I saw a weight board and thinking it would be a nice gift for my godson. It's only 250php with mickey mouse design, medyo heavy lang kaya hindi ko muna binili, tsaka na lang pag may dala ng sasakyan. After magikot ikot sa "toyland", we headed to the street na puro christmas decors. I bought some christmas decors for our Christmas tree. And there we met Reynaldo Jr. aka Melody Marquez.. hehe!

Sya yung nabilhan namin ng ribbon for the Christmas tree and sya na din ang nag-ayos ng ribbon kasama yung decors for the tree. The ribbon costs 250php and the decor prices range from 30-40 php/each.

 After ng christmas decors, lipat naman kami ng Tabora St. para bumili ng curtains. You can find pretty curtains here for a super affordable price. Curtain prices ranges from 150-250 php. Pero nakakita kami ng mas mura malapit sa likod ng 168 mall, 100 php lang yung curtains dun. Kaya naisipan ko na din bumili for my room, sample lang. At babalik ako para bumili pa para sa sala.

After mamakyaw ni jhoy ng kurtina,derecho na kami ng 168 mall dahil matagal na kaming hinihintay ni jane. Nag-ikot-ikot lang kami at naghanap ng shirt para sa Christmas party namin. Dito ko din nabili yung ibang accessories na nabanggit ko from my previous post. And here are the things that I also purchased:

You can find angry birds items, from clothes to knick knacks to shoes. I bought an ottoman for my nephew for only 150 php. We bought also angry birds  foldable water bottles for 20 php/each if you buy it on wholesale.

We ended our shopping pretty late na, and really felt so tired after the whole day of walking and bargaining. We decided to just come back for another day to finish our Christmas shopping.

Friday Shopping

Before leaving for another adventure trip, I shop for some things I'd be bringing for my trip. I file a vacation leave starting today until tuesday (Aug-2). Since I am on leave today, I started my day washing my clothes then when I was done I just rest for a bit and took a shower then I headed to SM Southmall for a little shopping. Grabe! Madaming Sale.. what's with July?! Kung wala lang akong lakad tyak ang dami kong nabili. Almost every shop is having their SALE!!! Pero syempre pinigilan ko ang sarili ko. hehe!

I was planning to buy an IPANEMA slippers pero wala yung gusto kong design. Oks lang, may slippers pa naman ako. Tama na muna yun. I headed to TERRANOVA and they're having a big sale. Up to 70% off! I drooled over a jacket, a spaghetti strap blouse and a long sleeve knitted shirt. Puro naka 50% un gusto ko. Pero nagpigil ako, kaya baggy 3/4 pants lang binili ko. Uber comfy ng pants. Perfect for a long trip.

I visited F&H which is having an end-season sale. I bought a shirt and a necklace with a camera pendant. Cute! Bagay dun sa binili kong pants.

And of course, shopping wouldn't be complete if I don't go to BENCH. I'm inlove with their underwears. hehe! So I bought an underwire bra. I already have this style, in blue and in black, kaya para complete na bumili na din ako ng pink.

I was looking for a nice pair of shades kasi yung favorite shades ko courtesy of Ate Joy ay naggoodbye na. hehe! Then I saw this in MINT. A sunnies with leopard prints. cutie! May cute F&H na gradient black and white na sunnies. Next time yun naman bilhin ko.

And my last stop, syempre NATIONAL BOOKSTORE. I already finished the book "Something Borrowed" by Emily Griffin and I was looking for the next one which is "Something Blue". Unfortunately, the last copy has been sold already. Then I saw Sophie Kinsella's new book, "The Gatecrasher". I was torn between "Heart of The Matter" by Emily Griffin and "Gatecrasher" pero I decided to buy the latter.

I was strolling in a nearby mall when I saw this cute slippers. I ask the guy at the Bambu kiosk where the slippers are made of and he said that it was from Brazil.

I tried it on and it really feels comfy, light and stylish. This would be good for long walks and I didn't hesitate to buy one because it's cheap, a pair is only 375php. Ginga, pronounced as (jing-ga) is the perfect footwear you can have during this rainy season because this is very durable that it can withstand a bad weather.

Ginga is available in different designs and colors that will fit your taste. I've got to have the violet one because it's so cute. Hoping next time they have my size.

Penshoppe Glam Shoes

Since our company is implementing a new dress code, I needed to buy a pair of close shoes that I can use at work. Goodbye to my sneakers and comfy candy shoes! I was having a hard time looking for shoes because I only wear flats. Comfort is a must for me because I am regularly having long walks going to work. I don't wear heels 'coz it might be the cause of my death.. hahaha! Ang pangit naman " babae namatay dahil sa takong!" kung heto ang mababasa sa newspaper.

I've already seen these glam shoes from Penshoppe but I haven't tried it on before. But these shoes are pretty and looks comfy, so I bought one for myself.

Looks nice di ba? There are a lot of designs to choose from.  They also have the peep-toe shoes and uber cute talaga, kaya lang hindi ako sure kung pwede sa office. And these are so cheap! Kaya  go! Grab a one now.

Saturday shopping in Festival Mall

Yesterday, my niece (paulline) and I went to Festival mall to shop for her school supplies. Oo, ganun ako kabait na tita =) It's like our little bonding kasi sya lang ang hindi makulit isama sa mall.. hehe! On our way pa lang, I'm already hungry, naglapse na yung kinain ko 2 hours ago.. hehe! Pagdating ng mall, kumain agad kami sa tokyo-tokyo. It was Paulline's first time kasi usually pag kids ang kasama sa jollibee kami kumakain. So I ask her kung magToko-tokyo kami, and natawa ako sa kanya "tita, hindi ak marunong magchopstick!". She tought kasi na pag dun kakain kailangan magchopstick. Kids talaga, they never fail to make me laugh. I was glad she liked the food especially the beef misono and the veggies. After eating we headed to 3rd floor and looked for the Samsung Galaxy Ace. After canvassing for the cheaper price, I decided to purchase it in Wireless shop. Parang mas excited pa sa kin si Paulline.. hehe!

After buying the phone, we headed to National bookstore to buy for her school supplies. Nakakamiss to, ang sarap ng amoy ng bagong school supplies. Parang gusto ko ulit mag-aral. 

By the way, if you plan to shop in Muntinlupa, you have to bring bags to put your purchases because they have an ordinance prohibiting the use of plastic bags. They will put your purchases on paper bags. Kaya it's best if you bring your own bag kasi mahirap kung medyo mabigat yung pinamili mo baka masira agad yung paper bag. 

After National we went to Daiso, a Japanese 88 store. Ang daming good finds =) Naghanap ako ng bag holder pero out of stock. Matagal ko ng plano iorganize yung laman ng cabinet ko, then I saw these.

After going to Daiso we went to the 2nd floor to window shop. We were looking for her school bag pero wala pa sya magustuhan. So sabi ko next week na lang. Sale pala sa Festival mall for 3 consecutive weekends kaya it is very timing for the coming schoolyear. We stopped in Penshoppe when I saw  this blouse. Naku pahirap kasi sa office, need na namin magsemi-formal attire. Bawal na ang shirts, kailangan may mga collars na. Eh medyo tumataba na ko kaya masikip na yung mga collared shirt ko, so I decided to buy this.

It was a nice Saturday afternoon with Paulline. We had fun and masarap kasama sa kainan, hindi namimili and kahit ano gusto subukan. Siguro dahil lumalaki na sya, actually nagdadalaga na kaya iba na din mga trip nya. Ambilis ng panahon, dati sinasama ko lang sya sa outing ng tropa at sinasayawan lang nya kami ngayon malaki na sya. Malapit na din magkaboyfriend, naku naman... uunahan pa ata ako. hehe!

Spongebob loot bags

Last saturday, me and my friends (which are also my teammates) decided to give our Supervisor a surprise birthday party. We all agreed to Spongebob as the theme of the party. And of course, what is the best place to look for party favors? Divi Mall! Did you know that the basement floor of that mall where the wet market is, you can find a lot of knick-knacks that can be used for theme parties? I was assigned for the game prizes and these are the things I bought.
