Conquering Northern Mindanao

Uber excited kami para sa Adventure trip namin last July 30-Aug 1. Everyone was praying for a good weather kasi sunod-sunod ang bagyong dumating. Thankfully, on Saturday Morning wala ng bagyo, though it's still raining when we got in the terminal 3.

We left Manila at 7:55 and arrived in CDO at 9:30. And uber bait ni Lord kasi pagdating sa CDO airport, uber ganda ng araw!

Dahil lahat kami first time sa Northern Mindanao, we decided to get a tour package from E-Philippines. Just for 4,677 php/pax for a group of 9 included na ang accommodation both in cdo and camiguin, van transfers, daily breakfast, tours and the water rafting. Kuya Edwin, our driver, was patiently waiting outside the airport holding a banner of my name. Oo, ako na sikat! hahaha!

The van we used is a Grandia kaya uber luwag for us and our bags. Puro kasi nakatrolley.. hehehe!

Our itinerary for our trip is:

1st day - Camiguin

2nd day - Bukidnon

3rd day - Water rafting in Cagayan de Oro River

We had limited time for our activities because our 2 travel buddies will be going back to Manila on the 3rd day. 

The travel time is quite long from cdo to balingoan port ,2 1/2 hours. We stopped on a mini grocery to buy some snacks and drinks and had our lunch in Jollibee CDO first because according to kuya Edwin malayo pa ang byahe and wala ng makakainan along the way. After eating, travel na ulit. I wasn't wearing a watch kaya hindi ko na alam if we arrived on time sa Balingoan port. First time kong sasakay ng roro. hihihi! 1 hour pang byahe from Balingoan to Benoni port at dito ako uber nainip. Nakakaantok kasi sa ferry. From benoni to Paras Beach Resort is another 30 mins. Bale mga 4 hours bago kami nakarating sa destination namin. Worth it? oo naman! Basahin ang mga susunod kong ipopost. =)
